Teen Strength & Conditioning
This 8-week program aims to teach movement literacy and foundational strength training patterns in a fun, supportive environment. The end goal is to support a healthy lifestyle and athletic endeavors. The programming will, in part, be student-driven and curated to the group's needs. The class will be capped at seven to ensure an excellent student-to-teacher ratio.
